Healthy Cooking 101 is a series of cooking classes throughout the year that feature different themes, cooking techniques, and aspects of balanced nutrition.This program is a hands-on experience in the kitchen. No kitchen or nutrition experience is required, it’s FREE and the best part is you get to eat what you make!
