Nature Rx is an initiative that aims to promote mental, physical and social wellness by spending time in nature. It can be practiced in multiple forms including meditation, bike riding, picnics or even making an effort to stroll to class instead of rushing or driving to it. Lots of resources are available to all Panthers, on or off campus but are heavily under utilized. Nature Rx would be another addition to Eastern's various mental health initiatives.
