DECLARING A MAJOR OR MINOR

Undergraduates who are advised in the Academic Advising Center(1110 McAfee Gym) must speak to their advisor about changes to a major or minor.

If an undergraduate student is presently advised through a department and wants to make changes to their major or minor, or declare a second major or degree, they are encouraged to use the following online form:

Once the form has been submitted, the student will be contacted by the appropriate Certification Officer.

Any questions should be directed to the Certification Officer of their major.

• Send an email to the BA in Interdisciplinary Studies Degree Program, ids@eiu.edu, stating that you are withdrawing from the program.
