Undergraduate Certification Curriculum Changes

Undergraduate Student Major and Minor Changes

All undergraduate students who are assigned to advisors within their departments should make any changes to their major, minor, concentration, pre-health designation, or catalog year through their certification officer. Students are always welcome to visit their certification officers, but are encouraged to use this form for changes. If you have any questions about changing your major/minor or issues with the form, please contact the certification officer for your college:
