Construction Date: 1901
One story brick, L-shaped building. It has a neo-Tudor facade in green and red with a mansard roof. There is a recessed entryway with a single glass door.
520 Jackson Ave.
Construction Date: 1961
This is a two story brick building with alternating vertical sections of light and dark brick. There is a recessed entryway with a single glass door and metal portraits of Abraham Lincoln and Stephen Douglas. There also two sliding windows located above the entrance.
614 6th St.
Construction Date: 1930
One story brick commercial block. Art Deco decorative detail includes a stepped terra cotta cornice and textured brick frieze with terra cotta detail. There is also a steel framed, plate-glass storefront with a stone base, recessed entryway.
620, 616 6th St.
Construction Date: 1901
This is a one story commercial block with a limestone pediment and small cornice, and rusticated pilasters at the corners and center of the building. 620 has four windows with arched-pie segments located above each, and an adorning plaque showing "J.L. Hanselton." 616 has a plate-glass, steel framed storefront with brown paneling covering the transom space.
