The online Graduate Certificate in Communication Processes is geared towards individuals who are interested in teaching dual-credit public speaking classes at the high school level. Individuals wishing to teach dual-credit must have a master's degree in any area and at least 18 hours of coursework in the respective field. The online certificate program can be completed in one year (or 3 semesters).

Students in the certificate program will be required to apply separately to the MA in Communication Studies degree program.
