The Executive Branch shall exercise administrative and managerial power over the programs and policies created by the student government. The Executive Vice President will keep records of attendance for the Executive Branch.
Student Body President: This elected position shall be the representative of the EIU Student Body to EIU Administration and serve on various committees, boards, and legislative bodies within the university. The Student Body President shall oversee the creation and organization of key SGA events and programs such as First Night, Mental Health and Sexual Assault Awareness programing.
Executive Vice President: This elected position shall be the representative of the EIU Student Body to EIU Administration. The Executive Vice President shall oversee the creation and organization of Student Action Team, including Student Lobbying Day, and assume the duties of the Student Body President in the case of a vacancy.
Vice President for Academic Affairs: This elected position shall be the representative of the EIU Student Body to EIU Administration and serve on the Council on Academic Affairs and Faculty Senate. The Vice President for Academic Affairs shall oversee Thank-A-Professor, Distinguished Faculty Awards, and Dining with the Deans programming.
Vice President for Student Affairs: This elected position shall be the representative of the EIU Student Body to EIU Administration and maintain and update RSO information. The Vice President for Student Affairs shall oversee the creation and organization of Pantherpalooza Student Involvement Fair, DEI Week, and Diversity Action Council programming.
Student Trustee: This elected position shall be the student representative of the EIU Student Body to EIU Board of Trustees.
