About Financial Aid and Awards

To determine eligibility for state or federal financial assistance, students must submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for consideration. FAFSA forms are available in the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships and online at www.fafsa.ed.gov. Potential sources of aid includes grants, loans, federal work-study, short-term (emergency) loans, veteran's benefits, state of Illinois programs, or the Army ROTC. For additional financial aid and scholarship opportunities, visit the Office of Financial Aid. Their office is located in the Student Services Building, (217) 581-3713.

Organizational Development Student Excellence Award

The Organizational Development Student Excellence Award is presented annually to an Organizational Development student demonstrating excellence in academics, leadership in learning settings, and a desire to continuously learn and grow. The recipient receives a cash award and a plaque made available by the Organizational Development alumni at an awards ceremony held each Spring on EIU's campus. 
Eligibility: Current OPD student

Availability: 1 award per year

Renewability: Non-renewable

Award Type: Cash and Plaque
