With a wealth of experience and a passion for advancing educational opportunities, Jarrod has played a pivotal role in shaping programs and initiatives that enhance the workforce and career readiness of First-Generation College Students. He is a doctoral candidate at Jackson State University, preparing to defend his research titled "The Impact of Student Engagement on Student Success of First-Year Students.” |
