Teams VOICE Supported Devices 

Users can use the voice service through the Microsoft Teams (MS Teams) client on Windows, MacOS, Android, iOS, Linux, or a stand-alone Teams certified desk phone.

Most Windows or MacOS computers have an audio card with microphone and speaker capabilities -- and your existing computer might be sufficient.  Each user will be provided a wired headset at no cost to the department.   Additional equipment, such as a desk phone may be purchased by the department.

The Poly CCX series phones are the recommended phones.  NOTE:  The Poly CCX 350 is not a touchscreen and is used in common areas such as break rooms, hallway phones, etc.

The power supplies are sold separately, YOU MUST ORDER A POWER SUPPLY WITH ALL PHONE ORDERS!!!!
