How do I find my E-number?

Your E-Number is your unique student ID number issued when you are admitted to EIU. To find your E-Number:

•  Check your Panther Card for the 9-digit number starting with "E"
•  Log in and view your MyEIU Checklist (if you have been newly admitted)
•  Look for your number in the upper-right corner of the admissions letter you received in the mail
•  Go, in person, to the Office of the Registrar with photo identification
•  Fax or email a picture of your photo ID along with a request for your E-Number to records@eiu.edu
