How do I share a folder or document in OneDrive?

← Back to Collaboration and Communication

Select the folder or document you would like to change permissions on.

Select the ... next to the document.


Select share.


Type the name of the user you would like to share with.

The name will start to polulate.

Just the access you would like to give them.

You will also have the option to send an email invite to the user and a message with the invite.

Choose Share


An email will be sent to the user with a link to the folder.
