I am having connection errors or, when connected, it seems slow and choppy. What can I do?
If you are connecting to VMware View and are experiencing slowness, or choppiness, in the display, there are a few things you can try.
- If you are using the full client install, you might change the protocol connection from PCoIP to RDP
- Make sure you are on an internet connection that meets the minimum recommendations:
- We recommend your internet connection speed be at least 3Mbps or greater.
