The main difference between Internet Native Banner and PAWS is that Internet Native Banner is for day-to-day business processing and data-entry. Internet Native Banner requires more user-end training and security. The primary users of the Internet Native Banner are the administrative departments (ex. Registrar's Office, Human Resources, Housing, Finance, Bursar's Office, Financial Aid, etc.). PAWS is a self-service product for students and employees. PAWS is accessible to all Eastern employees, students, and alumni. The primary users of PAWS are faculty and students.
