Subject: Room Scheduling in Zimbra/Pathermail
Rooms scheduled in the Zimbra/Panthermail system are also part of the campus-wide Building Occupancy Calendar. If you schedule rooms in Zimbra/Panthermail, please verify that only events that will actually be occurring are scheduled on holidays like Memorial Day (Monday, May 28). Listed events that will not be held should be deleted.
