Subject: Phishing Scam Alert!
Many users have reported receiving an email claiming that their account was compromised and directing them to visit a web page at hosted outside of the University on pendek.in. This email may have claimed to come from Danny Harvey.
This email was a scam attempting to trick users into allowing unauthorized access to their email accounts.
Anyone that clicked on this link should change their passwords immediately! To change your password, please visit the its.eiu.edu and click on "Change Password"

Please remember, ITS will never ask for your username or password through email. In addition, you should never use your EIU username and passwords on web sites that do not belong to EIU. Always look for the web page address to end in eiu.edu.
