Subject: Student Payment Changes
Effective 12/1/2015, the University will begin charging a fee to process credit/debit card payments on students’ accounts. We will also begin offering ACH as an electronic payment method which does not carry a service fee. Payments made in person at the Cashier Office can only be by cash or check. There will be a terminal available at the Cashier Office for making your web payment.
Effective for the spring 2016 semester the University will begin offering a fixed installment payment plan as an additional option. Only tuition, mandatory fees and housing less any financial aid can be put into this plan. Sign-up for the plan will begin 12/15/15. There is a $40 per semester non-refundable charge to set up the plan which must be paid at the time the plan is set up. The first payment will be due 1/15/16 and the spring 2016 plan will have four installments. We will provide more information in early December. Our traditional open payment plan is still available.
