Charleston Fire and Police Departments are
looking for an individual who departed a group home approximately 14 hours ago. The individual may be on or around the EIU campus. The missing person is a 60 year old Caucasian
male, 58 tall, and approximately 130 to 140 pounds. The individual was wearing a red or maroon
hoodie and gray sweatpants. The missing
person answers to the name Billy and is not known to be violent or combative.
