Togetherall is a safe, anonymous, and free online space dedicated to supporting mental health and wellbeing. Join Togetherall to give and get support, learn new strategies, and unlock helpful self-care tools.

Counselor tip: Other people's stories can give us a fresh perspective and most of all, hope. If you're feeling stuck, alone, or just looking for support, try Togetherall.

What Is Togetherall?

Togetherall is a 24/7 communication and emotional support platform monitored by trained clinicians. It's a safe place online to get things off your chest, have conversations, express yourself creatively and learn how to manage your mental health. If sharing isn’t your thing, Togetherall has other tools and courses to help you look after yourself with plenty of resources to explore.

Whether you’re struggling to cope, feeling low, or just need a place to talk, Togetherall can help you explore your feelings in a safe supportive environment. 

Joining is Free and Easy:

  1. Register with your EIU User ID/E-mail and a few basic details. You’ll receive an email to verify your account.
  2. Activate by clicking the button in your verification email. 
  3. Participate. Start with a few questions about yourself and a virtual tour of Togetherall.
