MCI is excited to announce that the Municipal Clerks of Illinois Institute and Academy are now open for registration.  The Institute will be held October 10 - 15, 2021 and the Academy will be held October 13 - 15, 2021.  Both are being held at the beautiful Doubletree Hotel, Bloomington, Illinois.
