Group Visits
We are excited to offer small groups an admissions presentation and a walking tour of campus. Please read the guidelines below before submitting your group tour application.
High School & College
- Group tour applications need to be completed a minimum of three weeks in advance so that we can best serve your students.
- Groups must complete the Group Visit Agreement prior to visiting campus.
- Groups must arrive on time. Arriving late will impact your scheduled group visit. Arriving 20 minutes late or more can result in a canceled or abbreviated tour.
- If you need to cancel your group visit, please let us know at your earliest convenience.
- Please note: we cannot accommodate groups that arrive without notice.
- Group size maximum is 50, including students and chaperones. We cannot accommodate groups larger than this size.
- Visit priority will be given to students considering EIU for the upcoming enrollment semester.

Thank you for your interest in visiting Eastern Illinois University! The guidelines for High School & College visits apply to these groups, but please note at this time, priority will be given to high school and community college-aged groups.
