GIS Software and Training

EIU students have access to a variety of GIS and GIS-related software including ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, QGIS, ENVI, R and R-Studio. All software is available through a virtual desktop and most software can also be downloaded and installed to a personal computer for educational use. Students also have access to short training courses by ESRI through EIU's university site license. Details can be found on the GISCience Center web page.
