Overview
The Nutrition and Dietetics Minor is designed to accompany majors that prepare students for careers in health and human services. The Nutrition and Dietetics minor provides students opportunities to expand their knowledge and experiences in one of three areas of Nutrition and Dietetics: food science, community nutrition, or clinical nutrition.
Completion time: 18 hours
Internships:
An internship is not required for the Nutrition and Dietetics minor.
Accreditation: The Coordinated Program is granted accreditation status by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, 120 Riverside Plaza, Suite 2190, Chicago, IL 60606-6995, (312) 899-5400.
