EIU Office of Employee and Labor Relations

The Office of Employee and Labor Relations is responsible for negotiating and administering collective bargaining agreements, administers the non-negotiated and negotiated grievance process, oversees and administers discipline, and advises supervisors and employees alike on supervisory/employee relations matters.
