Eastern Illinois University invites applications for a 9-month tenure-track faculty position in Management at the Assistant Professor level, beginning in the Spring of 2025. A PhD in management from an AACSB-accredited school is required. Preference is for a candidate with a background in organizational behavior, human resource management, and a secondary area of strategic management. The successful candidate will be expected to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in traditional and online formats, as well as to conduct high-quality scholarly research and engage in service activities, including providing leadership for student organizations. Demonstrated commitment to diversity and experience promoting inclusive excellence is required.
