Office Administrator- Chemistry & Biochemistry /, Geology, &Geography

Eastern Illinois University is seeking candidates for a full-time Office Administrator. This position will offer office support for the Geology/Geography and Chemistry/Biochemistry departments. This position will be equally split between the departments with the candidate only working for one Department at a given time.

Duties of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Create, maintain, and revise files and records.
• Input course schedules and faculty information.
• Collect electronic Syllabi from instructors and post to department servers.
• Coordinate scheduled, events, and travel for department.
• Review fiscal reports and oversee ordering of office supplies.

Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• 48 months of clerical/office support work experience
