have read and agree to insure that members of my Community organization/RSO/Greek-lettered/Residence Hall understand and agree to adhere to the rules governing our representation, conduct, and participation in the 2024 EIU Homecoming Parade on Saturday, October 5, and that appropriate behavior and sportsmanship is expected and demonstrated by all members whether they are a participating member or a spectator of that specific Homecoming event. As an organization/residence hall, we also agree to treat all Homecoming Committee members, staff, judges and other Homecoming participants and spectators with respect and in a manner in which we would want to be treated.

Furthermore, as EIU students, I/We agree to adhere to Eastern Illinois University Policies/procedures and the Student Conduct Code that govern participation in the 2024 Homecoming Parade event.

Registered Student Organization/Greek-lettered/Residence Hall understand that any violation of this Homecoming Parade Code of Conduct by a member can result in Homecoming fines, disqualification from the competition, and/or termination from participation in 2024 EIU Homecoming Week. In Addition, major violations are subject to further investigation and prosecution by the EIU Student Life, Dean of Students Office, the EIU and Charleston Police Departments. Future participation in Homecoming Parade events may be terminated.
