Freshman/Transfer Connection Program Description
The Freshman/Transfer Connection program is a pilot program created to help new EIU students develop relationships and navigate their college experience.
As a mentor, you will meet once a week for a free meal, with a peer group of up to 5 other incoming freshmen/transfer students. You will also receive periodic training on how you can best help your peers be successful.
You will be notified before the semester begins if you have been selected as a mentor for the Freshman Connection program. You must be at least a sophomore in order to apply.
