EIU Enrollment Management

The Division of Enrollment Management directs EIU's undergraduate recruitment, admission, financial aid, registration, marketing, and communications. Its mission is to provide the personnel, tools, technology, service, and strategy necessary to support the University’s enrollment and marketing efforts.

Core Values:

The Division of Enrollment Management is guided by five core values that align with the University's mission statement. The five core values serve as a lens for decision-making for the organization. They inform our hiring practices and new employee orientation, outline expectations for current employees, and are included as part of annual evaluations. Enrollment Management’s cores values are as follows:

• We work to the best of our abilities to serve our current and prospective students and their families, treating them with respect and kindness, demonstrating a STUDENT-CENTERED approach. We are committed to the growth and success of our students, going the extra mile regularly for them. We invest in our students as individuals and they grow, learn and develop through the process.
