Misha is the Senior Lead, Program Manager at Rivian and oversees the Rivian Innovation Center at the University of Illinois Research Park. Misha is an MBA Alumni of the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign and has a Bachelor’s of Science from Towson University in Business Administration and Healthcare Administration. She is passionate about working with college students to provide them opportunities to work in research, development and innovation. Misha is also a mentor of the CU One-to-One program for the last 3 years working. She has called Champaign, IL home for the last 10 years after growing up in New Jersey. She lives with her husband, Will, and is the mom of two kids, Arro & Isla. Misha's hobbies include reading, cooking, spending time working on her yard and home and when she can-  traveling back to NJ to see her family!
