INTRODUCTION

Jessica is currently the Associate Director of the EIU Counseling Clinic. She co-chairs the Interpersonal Violence Team and serves on the Student Support Team. Jessica has previous leadership experience as the RBHN/Crisis Coordinator at Lifelinks, overseeing Crisis Services in 11 countries and as Intensive Placements Stabilization Supervisor for One Hope United, overseeing therapists working with children in foster care system for much of central and southern IL. Jessica has also served as an outpatient counselor at Lifelinks and Carle. 

Jessica has additional trainings in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and trauma based trainings. Jessica takes a collective approach in meeting the client where they are at in their treatment. She has experience working with depression, anxiety, personality disorders, suicidal ideation, trauma, military, LGBTQIA+, and a range of cultural backgrounds.
