Caitlin Drake serves as SVP, Customer Experience & Digital Banking for Busey Bank in Champaign, IL. Caitlin received her Bachelor of Science degree from University of Illinois in Communications in 2009 and her Master of Science in Technology from Eastern Illinois University in 2017. With more than 15 years’ experience in the financial services sector, Caitlin is regarded as a highly creative and effective business leader, innovator and strategist with deep expertise in customer experience and digital transformation.

Caitlin has been a member of the EIU School of Technology Board since 2019 and currently serves as Chair.
