INTRODUCTION

Freshman Admissions Counselor serving the following counties:

Champaign, Christian, DeWitt, Ford, Fulton, Henry, Iroquois, Knox, Livingston, Logan, Macon, Marshall, Mason, McDonough, McLean, Menard, Mercer, Peoria, Piatt, Rock Island, Sangamon, Tazewell, Vermilion, Woodford, and the State of Iowa.

I am proud to represent EIU because of the growth and experiences it has provided me. You get so much more attention from faculty and staff at a mid-sized university and that has given me much more opportunity than a bigger school would have. As an admissions counselor, I hope to provide that same level of personalized attention to incoming students who are considering Eastern as their college choice and as their new home.

My EIU Story

I came to EIU for my undergrad in 2019. Coming in as a student from Indiana, it was a big change moving to Charleston, but I am so grateful for the connections that I was able to build during that time. I worked in housing for nearly 4 years, including 2 years as a Night Assistant Supervisor. After graduating from EIU with my Bachelor of Science in 2023, I made the move over to the Office of Admissions and I have been here ever since!
