Joseph and Cecilia Covi Scholarship

 

  • Recipient (s) must be a full-time student, accepted to Eastern Illinois University.
  • The recipient (s) must be a high school graduate from Livingston, Illinois.
  • In the event that there is no qualified candidate from Livingston, Illinois, then the recipient must be a high school graduate who is a resident of Illinois.
  • The recipient must be an Eastern student at the time that the check is issued.
  • Application deadline: March 5, 2013.
