Enrollment Management

The Office of Enrollment Management encompasses all services necessary to students and prospective students in order to gain admission and retain enrollment at Eastern Illinois University. It also seeks to ensure a stable-sized student body composed of academically prepared students, while still promoting the retention and graduation of our students.

The service units included are:

• Office of Admissions
• Transfer Relations
• Office of the Registrar

Also included are the units in the Division of Student Affairs supporting similar enrollment needs. This includes:

• New Student Programs
• Financial Aid

The specific issues handled by the Office of Enrollment Management include the following:

• Resolving questions regarding residency status for tuition purposes. Residency requirements may be found here.
• Resolving issues particularly regarding deadlines pertaining to withdrawal, late enrollment, drops/adds, refunds, etc.
• Monitoring the Academic Load policy.

Paperwork for many of the aforementioned matters may be obtained by visiting Old Main Room 1220.
