Exercise Options
Exercise Options
Members have the option of exercising either in the morning or at lunchtime. Availability of facilities is as follows:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday
5:30 a.m. – 7 a.m. — Student Recreation Center, Indoor/Outdoor Track, Lap Swimming - Tuesday, Thursday
6 a.m. – 7 a.m. — Pilates - Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Noon – 1 p.m. — Student Recreation Center and Lap Swimming - Tuesday, Thursday
Noon – 1 p.m. — Lap Swimming
