iDeluxe doubles available for fall semester: The deluxe double room option is available for the first time in ten years at Eastern.  Mark Hudson, the director of the Housing and Dining Services, said the rooms are different because they have been modified with an adjoining door to connect the two rooms together.

iLiving on campus raises GPA: A study showed that the average GPA for last semester's incoming on-campus freshmen was 2.716 compared to incoming freshmen living off-campus with an average GPA of 1.957. The Housing and Dining Services requested this information from the Information Technology Services.

i'Pizza with the Pres', first of the spring semester: While at Pizza with the Pres, one student asked if there was going to be any improvements made with parking.President Perry responded by informing the student that campus regulation is enforcing staff and student parking and that more specific questions can be asked via e-mail.

iResident assistants hold heavy job: Resident Assistants are an important part of resident life on campus and there are many responsibilities included in being a RA.  "They are the staff members who have the most direct and constant contact with our students," Eastern's website said. "Their primary responsibility is to act as a facilitator for the residence hall community and to enhance the social, educational, spiritual, intellectual, physical, vocational, cultural, and environmental development of each of their residents."
