Eastern Illinois University and Charleston Fire Department in cooperation with People's Burn Foundation Inc. collaborated to develop an training program on college fire survival.
Available to the campus is a video presentation called "To Hell and Back" describing methods of surviving a fire. This video is available though the Environmental Health and Safety Department, Charleston Fire Department and People's Burn Foundation.
