The recipient(s) must be a full-time student, accepted to EIU, majoring in a program leading to teacher certification. The recipient(s) must be admitted to and in good standing with the Education Scholars Program. The recipient(s) must be actively involved in the Education Scholars Program and/or other professional organizations. Applications will become available on February 15, 2013.
