Description
The candidate must be working toward an art major or minor at EIU. The recipient must have 40 semester hours of academic credit, at least 24 semester hours completed at EIU. Graduate students are not excluded from consideration. The candidate must demonstrate outstanding aptitudes in art and a sincere interest in art and art education.
