Description
The recipient shall be enrolled as an undergraduate student in the field of Elementary Education. The recipient shall demonstrate a sincere dedication to education as a career and a profession. The recipient shall possess and demonstrate high spiritual values as demonstrated throughout the life of Miss Hutchason. The recipient shall be able to demonstrate a financial need. The annual scholarship award shall be paid during the Fall term. Applications will become available beginning December 1st.
