Description
The recipient(s) must be a graduate student(s), working towards certification in or a masters degree in Early Childhood, Elementary, and Middle Level Education, and accepted to EIU. The recipient(s) must be a non-traditional student, at least 25 years old. The recipients must be a full-time student at EIU. Financial need is a consideration.
