Description
The recipient must be a graduate of Charleston High School. The recipient must have a declared major in Elementary or Middle Level education. The recipient must be a junior in standing. The recipient must have demonstrated an above-average academic record. This scholarship is awarded in the Fall. Applications will become available beginning December 1st.
