Description

The award recipient shall be an outstanding Freshman, majoring in one of the academic departments in the College of Fine Arts. The recipient must show a high personal performance and a high academic standing. The recipient may be a full-time or part-time student, or an in-state or out-of-state student. The recipient is eligible to receive this award all 4 years at EIU, as long as criterion (2) is maintained.
