Description
The recipient shall be a full time student in the second, third, or fourth year who are working towards a Baccalaureate Degree in Elementary Education and whose home residence is in Crawford County, Illinois. The scholarship award shall be announced each spring term at an appropriate time as determined by the selection committee. Applications will become available beginning December 1st.
