Dr. Lisa Taylor, assistant professor of family and consumer sciences, is the current coordinator of graduate study for the graduate program in family and consumer sciences. The graduate program offers the Master of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences.
Dr. Taylor’s teaching and research interests focus on relationship violence, adolescent gambling, disadvantaged families, childhood sexual abuse, and female bullying. Dr. Taylor received her Ph.D. in Family Studies from Auburn University in 2005.
Admission to the graduate program in family and consumer sciences requires an application to The Graduate School as well as an additional application to the School of Family and Consumer Sciences.
