Each year in May, O'Brien Stadium at Eastern Illinois University spends two weekends as home to the best high school track and field athletes the state has to offer, hosting the Illinois High School Association state finals for both girls and boys.
We decided to capture some footage from each meet to give you an idea of what an exciting time it is for the young athletes participating as well as the campus community and the thousands of fans who make the trek to Charleston!
