Rashida Lyles-Cowan is a graduate assistant at the Center for Academic Technology Support, in the area of digital and multimedia services. Her duties and responsibilities primarily involve management of social media tools for CATS and management of processing media for the web. Rashida is also involved in media production, which includes filming and post production for instruction and external audiences. She mainly works on instructional and informational videos.
