Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to Diane Smith at dksmith2@eiu.edu
To receive a full refund for a paid registration, cancellations must be submitted no later than 12:00 p.m., (Central Time) on Friday, February 15, 2013
Cancellations made by email between 12:00 p.m. (Central Time) on Friday, February 15, 2013 and 12:00 p.m. (Central Time) on Friday, February 22, 2013 will be subject to a $50.00 per fair registration to offset preparation costs.
No refunds will be issued to any cancellations made after 12:00 p.m. (Central Time) on Friday, February 22, 2013.
