Jason Runde
Jason’s first priority is growing the Bank’s loan portfolio and generating lending opportunities. Jason is also responsible for managing day-to-day activities at his branch, one of seven in southwestern and central Illinois. Shanna’s duties include extensive travel to each office, shadowing various business units of both facultative (individual or small schedule risk) and treaty (portfolio) reinsurance, including Ocean Marine, War and Political Risk, Agriculture, Property, Claims, Accounting, Actuarial, Catastrophy Modeling, etc. At year’s end she will be assigned to a specific business unit as a reinsurance underwriter. Her daily activities include rate generation, risk analysis, insurance to value calculations and adjustments, portfolio assessment, among others.

Jeff Traub
As senior analyst, Jeff assists with the due diligence, review, and analysis of prospective new primary and secondary venture capital-early stage investments, along with the management and oversight of existing portfolio companies. Drew Weckbach
Drew advises Stifel brokers and clients on the taxability of the investment products while helping to limit clients’ tax liability. He works with brokers to develop retirement planning strategies. He works with clients to help them understand complicated tax issues. He also works with the IRS to ensure that his firm and their clients remain in compliance with IRS mandated reporting standards.
